Registration Procedure
The following information will assist association/club/school Tour Coordinators to complete the registration process.
The following terminology may be used throughout the information below.
MySideline = The online competition and membership management system used by the NQTA
Club = Inside the NQTA MySideline database, your association/club/school is known as a "club".
Passport = The account used to access your club/association/school's MySideline database.
The Touch Football Online platform is structured in the following levels:

What Access Level Do I Have?
If you are a local competition administrator (i.e. you organise the draws, etc. for your local Touch Football association), then you will likely already have "Association Level" access to your association's TFO database.
Other users may have access to their club ("Cub Level" access) or team ("Team Level" access) within their own local association's TFO database.
If you were a tour coordinator at any NQTA championship after July 2013 then you will have been given access to your "club" inside the NQTA TFO database.
Within the Touch Football database structure, there is no "Regional Level" access, instead the NQTA "Event database" exists on the same level as local association's.
At present, there is no linking between the NQTA TFO database and a local association's database.
What If I Don't Have Access?
If you don't have access, but should, email admin(at)nqtouch(dot)com(dot)au or call the NQTA office on (07) 4725 6133.
Tour Coordinators can access Touch Football Online via:

First time access
To sign-in to the system, you will require a Passport. If you do not already have one, you can register for free by visiting http://passport.sportstg.com
If this is the first time you have accessed Touch Football Online for an NQTA event, you will need to be added as an administrator for your affiliate/club/school. Once you have registered for a SP Passport (above) contact the NQ Touch office (via phone 07 4725 6133 or email admin(at)nqtouch(dot)com(dot)au).
You will need to supply the same email address that you used to create your Passport.
